Cliff received his Juris Doctorate in 2010, graduating Magna Cum Laude from North Carolina Central University School of Law. He began his legal career at the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association where he worked for over 8 years focusing solely on criminal defense.

Cliff has effectively and zealously defended over a thousand clients facing misdemeanor and felony level offenses and has built a reputation on his dynamic trial skills. He is the founder and lead trial attorney at Salt City Defense and his practice spans any and all criminal accusations, including a murder trial where he succeeded in getting a verdict for a lesser charge. Cliff is licensed to practice law in the state and federal court in Utah.
